“In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks.”
~ John Muir
I am a lover of the wild. I am on an adventure with a backpack full of mischief. I am prospecting for stories that are waiting to be heard. I am currently lost and am loving the view.
I can’t tell left from right (literally), but I am pretty good at stumbling; both when walking on pavements and metaphorically when exploring new ideas. On all my stumblings I am accompanied by two wonderful and wise four-legged companions. Don’t ask me for directions unless you would also like to lose your way.
I’m an academic, researcher and teacher of psychology and student of druidry and shamanism. This website is the product, witness and voice of my ongoing adventures in a life lived as a disciple of nature. Here I weave my own story into my understanding of nature connection from a scientific perspective (ecopsychology) with philosophical and spiritual viewpoints (shamanism and druidry). This site explores the mutual benefits that arise when humans connect with nature on a deeper level. And off course, by exploring my personal connection to nature, I also delve deeper into my own true nature.
Thank you for being part of my journey!
